A crew flag- a symbolic end to an Outward Bound expedition. Maybe you’ve contributed to one yourself. Students are given the task to create their crew flag. A token, unique to them, to wave proudly and share their team values and accomplishments. A part of a transitional celebration, all the crew adds something to make the flag special.
