We're excited to announce that our Executive Director Ginger Mihalik is taking over our social account for the next week! How’s that for leadership?
An Outward Bound alumnae herself, Ginger is an avid adventurer who knows what it takes to complete the challenge of an Outward Bound course. She does more than lead the organization from behind a desk: She’s adventurous and cares wholeheartedly about the work we do with youth in our region. Her commitment to our instructors' and students' experience shines in and out of the office, especially as she joins expeditions throughout the next eight days!
Personally dedicated to providing the best experience for our students, she'll also be scouting new remote campsites and course areas with Chesapeake Bay region experts. We’re excited to see what discoveries she makes on her journey!

ABOUT GINGER
Like the leader of any thriving non-profit, Ginger moves a mile a minute. She has been the Executive Director of Outward Bound Baltimore since 2010. Her first experience with OB was as a student on a one-day, high ropes program. After being hired, Ginger went on a week-long dog sledding course in Boundary Waters of Minnesota. Ginger was born and raised in Florida where she developed a life-long love of the outdoors by horseback riding with her sister and fishing with her dad.
