On Saturday May 5th, we celebrated our 16th annual Cornerstone Awards Dinner. We asked alumni, donors, and sponsors to help us dig deeper within ourselves to support our community and the programs we offer to our students. We ended up raising over $200,000, none of which would be possible without your help!
This year we honored Ronald R. Peterson, President Emeritus of Johns Hopkins Health System and Special Advisor to the Dean/CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine for his career dedicated to serving the Baltimore community. We also honored our student speaker, Jordan Rose, a recent alumni who also was just accepted into our Youth Leadership Corps Scholarship program.
A fun time was had by all, both before and after the ceremony! We streamed the Kentucky Derby and enjoyed live music, great food, a silent auction and dancing. Take a look at our infographic, photos and videos below for a recap of the event!
