Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School has been given Honorable Mention as one of OUTSIDE’s Best Places to Work 2018. Winning companies provide great workplaces for employees and encourage a balance between work and enjoying life in the great outdoors, while also respecting the environment.

Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School has been providing Character Education solutions to students since 1986. The School’s programs range from one-day courses to multi-week expeditions, serving everyone from middle school and high school students, to organizations and corporate teams, to military veterans and more.
