Now serving teams across the Chesapeake Region including Washington D.C. and Baltimore. Participants spend the day engaged in ground-based problem-solving initiatives as well as high-ropes challenges.

One-day Insight programs quickly bring groups together through challenges. The combination of ground initiatives, problem-solving exercises, and high-rope elements provides a diverse learning experience for every individual. Each student walks away with practical skills they can apply to their lives while also contributing to their group’s overall success and progress. This course is suited for small organizations or school groups.

Our one-day teambuilding program combines a thoughtful, organizational-minded curriculum with outdoor challenges (low, no, or high ropes) designed to reconnect your team and strengthen their ability to collaborate.


Sample Itinerary

9:00 AM
Arrival and meet instructors
9:30 - 11:30 AM
Ice breaker, tone set exercise, and ground-based initiatives
11:30 AM
Group reflection (12pm lunch)
12:30 - 2:30 PM
High Ropes elements and/or continued low or no-ropes initiatives. Specific challenges are designed for each group, based on goals unique to the organization. The itinerary is subject to change based on the needs of the participants and will typically progress from easier into more difficult tasks during the program.

Unpack lessons and apply to organizational goals
